Comes with instructions, but it doesn’t get any easier. One tablet in the bag, fill with warm water 3/4 full, dunk the hose inside once the tablet has dissolved to sanitize the outside of the hose, close the cap, shake it up, let stand one minute, drain through hose. Includes 30 uses. Repeat once with fresh water to rinse. Prop Camelbak to dry with hose inserted in bag to create a stand and allow air to flow in bag. This product is a chemical sanitizer, for a natural scrubbing cleanser try out our coconut olive oil soap, however it will require a more thorough washing and rinsing.
