Heat sealed food grade mylar bag with an oxygen absorber and enclosed in an FDA compliant 5 gallon watertight bucket for easy storage and access. We quality inspect and provide cooking instructions for each bucket of rice during processing.
Brown Rice shelf life 5 years. Jasmine rice shelf life 25 years. Although brown rice has more nutritional density the bran on brown rice does not lend itself to longevity.
